Uranus has been visited by a single probe - Voyager 2 in 1986. Since then people can watch the planet only from Earth. This image comes from the Hubble space telescope. The new mission would leave Earth sometimes after 2030 and reach Uranus more than 10 years after that. If NASA has enough money, it could launch a second flagship mission - to Enceladus, icy moon of Saturn with subsurface ocean.
